Exchange Policies
Exchanges may be made within 60 days from the date it was shipped. The item or items must
be unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping fees in both
directions. You must contact us to set up the exchange and receive a RMA number. No
returns will be accepted without a RMA number.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days from the
ship date for a refund. The item, or items, must be unused and in the original packaging.
Batting cages, pitching machines, and related equipment must be handled directly through
the manufacturers. Please contact us to set up all product returns. Shipping charges ( if any)
will be deducted from your refund.
Special Orders & Custom Goods
These items may not be returned unless defective. Such items will be repaired, replaced, or
credit issued at the discretion of Bases Loaded.
