Shipping:
All shipments, including Next Day Air, are shipped and received Monday thru Friday. No
shipments are sent or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. The only exception to this is Next Day
Air on Saturday.
We ship through the following carriers: UPS, Fed Ex, Airborne, and US Postal Service
Bases Loaded offers: Regular Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight shipping
Shipping prices are based on weight and distance, for all ground shipping to the lower 48
continental States and Puerto Rico. Alaska and Hawaii customers must ship 2nd Day Air. All
other shipping varies depending on location. Please contact us for pricing
APO, FPO, & Military Addresses: An additional $10.00 fee will be applied to the final
invoice on top of the regular shipping cost.
Orders received by 3:00 p.m. Pacific time will be shipped same day.
We will provide you with an shipping confirmation number when your order is confirmed.
Exchange Policies
Exchanges may be made within 30 days from the date it was shipped. The item or items must
be unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping fees in both
directions. You must contact us to set up the exchange and receive a RMA number. No
returns will be accepted without a RMA number.

Return Policies
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the
ship date for a refund. The item, or items, must be unused and in the original packaging.
Batting cages, pitching machines, and related equipment must be handled directly through
the manufacturers. Please contact us to set up all product returns. Shipping charges ( if any)
will be deducted from your refund.
Special Orders & Custom Goods
These items may not be returned unless defective. Such items will be repaired, replaced, or
credit issued at the discretion of Bases Loaded.

Sales tax is added for items sold only to customers living in the state of California.
