Retail Supervisor Full-time

Bases Loaded - The Baseball & Softball Superstore is looking to hire a Retail Supervisor to join our team in Folsom. The Retail Supervisor will provide leadership & mentoring to our Retail Sales Associates. You will be responsible in conjunction with the General Manager & Manager for Sales, Merchandising, Inventory Management and Loss Prevention. This is a full-time hourly position which includes Health Insurance and Vacation. Wage depends on experience.

Requirements:
2+ years of retail management experience preferably in sporting goods REQUIRED
Knowledge of Baseball and Softball Products REQUIRED
Friendly, Outgoing, Enthusiastic and Positive Personality
Excellent ability to manage train and motivate retail sales associates
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and follow direction
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to react quickly to changes and adapt to new systems
Ability to spend 100% of your time on the store floor being HANDS ON to ensure courteous handling of all customer requests including sales, returns and service. Organized and able to prioritize workload with strong work ethic
Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude by listening, understanding and responding to customer needs while being committed to exceptional customer service
Ability to effectively handle customer issues quickly.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all Retail Sales Associates and customers
Read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling and climbing a ladder; ability to lift and/or move up to 50 (fifty)pounds at any given time.
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Retail Sales Associate Full-Time & Part-time

Bases Loaded-The Baseball & Softball Superstore is looking to hire Retail Sales Associates to join our team in Folsom. These positions are hourly positions. Retail Associate positions require availability to work on Weekends and/or Weeknights. However, we are flexible to work around other committments! We are looking for long-term permanent employees not seasonal help. Starting hourly wage depends on experience.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Baseball and Softball Products or Sporting Goods Experience REQUIRED
Previous Retail Experience a plus
Friendly, Outgoing Enthusiastic Personality
Strong Work Ethic
Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude by listening, understanding and responding to customer needs while being committed to exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all associates and customers.
Read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
